17:05 – SNAPCRACKLEPOP

Two worth monitoring in the market are Uzincso, a prolific winner over C&D who has struck luckier with the draw, and One Step Beyond who starts out for Gary Moore. Covert Mission (feared most) is a solid option if near the front is the place to be but SNAPCRACKLEPOP is favoured. He could be running into form and this test promises to suit. Equion is another to note.

17:40 – MOOGIE

Frankel filly Coco Royale makes most appeal of the newcomers but MOOGIE came through to win well at Newcastle and ought to have plenty more to offer for a yard that tends to bring them along slowly. La Isla Mujeres looks the best alternative.

18:10 – LOWICK

Frankie Dettori’s mount Lady Boba (second choice) did well when faced with heavy ground last year but LOWICK caught the eye in a valuable Goodwood novice 18 days ago, very much shaping as if she’d be a different proposition second time out. Grand Providence and newcomer Teowings are others to consider.

18:40 – FOUR ADAAY

A tight little fillies’ handicap despite just the seven runners. The unexposed Roshambo would have to be a threat if proving as effective on Polytrack as she is on Tapeta, while Hello Me has dropped a long way in the weights and has been showing signs of a resurgence. However, the vote goes to FOUR ADAAY who is 3-6 on the AW and remains unexposed over 6f. She proved her effectiveness here when winning over C&D last month.

19:10 – GRENHAM BAY

Dubai Dawn, who is better judged on his Wolverhampton successes than his Redcar defeat 23 days ago, is feared but GRENHAM BAY (nap) may be the one to be on. The form of his wins is strong and they just didn’t come back to him on fast ground at Leicester last time. Tawalla is third choice.

19:40 – BILLY MILL

Whispering Song is an unexposed filly who doesn’t look overburdened for her handicap debut, while Makeen will be popular after his luckless effort last time and both Zero Carbon and G’Daay are on dangerous marks if returning to their 2022 peak. The pair to appeal most, though, are Blue Flame and BILLY MILL and the latter looked ready to strike when finishing fast for third here three weeks ago.

20:15 – MEISTERZINGER

A Mhacin and Analytics need monitoring in the betting, while Lightning Attack is another to note now he is back up to a more suitable trip. How Hard Can It Be, Imperial Cult and Platinum Prince all have something to recommend them but MEISTERZINGER has conditions to suit and might be the answer to a tricky puzzle.

20:45 – DAARIS

It wouldn’t be a surprise to see a better effort from Sophar Sogood who has become well handicapped and, with a couple in here who like to go forward, he may find the race is run to suit. Tying The Knot, Huscari and La Belle Vie are others to consider, but despite a record of 0-9 it may be worth siding with DAARIS. Kevin Frost’s gelding has shaped like a stayer so could well improve for this greater test of stamina.
