LE REVEUR is an interesting looking runner here, ran well in defeat in a decent apprentice race at Newbury last time out, the form of that race is working out well as the horses that finished 1st and 4th in that race have run well since then. Le Reveur has run well at this course previously, on a decent rating here and as this is just his second run back from a break, and he did leave the impression he’d improve for his latest run.

17:05 – Southwell – Lady Nagin

1.5 points each-way
LADY NAGIN although up in grade here represents some nice value and a serious chance. Has run here three times in eight career starts winning twice and looks poised for another big run here today. Ben Curtis is booked for this one so we’re hoping he has a good day with our other runner. Should be suited on pedigree with the extra distance and it should bring out some more improvement. Good draw and should be a decent pace here which will suit.

19:00 – Ayr – Garden Oasis

1.5 points each-way
GARDEN OASIS looks primed to strike after a good second last time out at Pontefract. Will relish conditions at a track where he’s won in the past and is 2lbs lower than his last winning mark last season when conditions were similar to today. The only confirmed front runner in the field and might just get an easy lead of things here and not see another rival. Big chance.
