Preference is for LORD ABAMA, who was clear of the remainder when runner-up at Carlisle last week and remains fairly treated. Gannon Glory can also make his presence felt.
15:50 – Simple Star
SIMPLE STAR landed a few bets back on the level at Musselburgh at the beginning of the month and a 3 lb rise looks more than fair. Where’s Jeff also tasted success last time and is feared most, ahead of Sea Grey, who had excuses at York.

On the back of a disappointing 2022 campaign, ARRANMORE showed a lot more on reappearance under an attacking ride and on that evidence, he’s ready to cash in on this much-reduced mark. Strangerontheshore and Shine On Brendan are feared most.
16:50 – Arkenstaar
ARKENSTAAR was impressive when scoring over C&D 12 days ago and given the way he went through that race, his revised mark may underestimate him. Tiamat probably has a bigger performance in her and is feared most, with Hi Clare another to consider on reappearance.
17:20 – Iron Sheriff
IRON SHERIFF is thriving and is just preferred to Musselburgh-winner Breguet Boy, the pair of them likely to dominate the market. Cosa Sara had excuses last time and could bounce back.
