VAUNTED won 5f races on fast ground at Beverley (seasonal reappearance) and Pontefract for Nigel Tinkler last summer; course winner on her racecourse debut when trained by Clive Cox; record fresh means she needs a second look on her stable debut here

17:20 – Goodwood – Hydroplane – Daily Mail

Multiple winner under both codes, most recently when doing it very comfortably on good ground at Chester last summer (2m; in this first-time headgear combination); eye-catching latest effort on the all weather when nothing went right; HYRDOPLANE must be considered.

18:55 – Pontefract – Caesars Pearl – The Irish Field

CAESARS PEARL has had modest form on three of four starts (only below-par run came on soft ground) but has plenty of promise in the tank and we’re getting a good price for one that has shown glimpses of promise. 

20:00 – The Curragh – Swift Flight – The Irish Sun

SWIFT FLIGHT is just 1-18 but in good form and was only beaten a neck over same course and distance last month; again, shows promises and has been improving of late, good each-way odds here.
