Thursday’s Lucky 15 tips
Each and every day of the racing year we bring you a bumper NAPs table to give you the inside scoop on all the plays you’ll need that day.
Don’t know what a NAPs Table is? We’ll tell you! It’s an independently run competition involving the cream of the British and Irish racing press whose positions in the table are based on their profits to Level Stakes. And just like all sports competitions worldwide, those doing best are towards the top of the table.

So, we decided to put that golden guide to the test and use it to steer you towards what could be a savvy Lucky 15 (4 horses, 15 bets) today. The four you’ll see below are the selections of some of the top-performing tipsters in the Table. Let’s get to the picks…
Byefornow has been in good form on Polytrack at Lingfield but she has a tough draw back on Tapeta and still has a bit to prove on this surface. Turbo Tiger could make a bold bid on his return to 5f, while C&D winner American Rose has claims if she can find something extra with cheekpieces added. However, the one who appeals most is MUCKY MULCONRY, who was a good front-running third over 6f here last time and could be a major force on his drop back in trip.
Innvincible Friend sets the form standard and The Camden Colt is open to progress. However, they are taking on several interesting newcomers who have strong credentials, most notably ONLY IN JAKARTA, Bjorn Ironside, Thunder Blue and Daring Legend in that order of preference. The market signals should help to complete the picture.
Plenty have possibilities but the vote goes to Tapeta specialist ANOTHER ANGEL, who has form figures of 312212 in his last six starts and remains well treated on his old form. Second choice is Catesby, who won a division of this race last year and was a good second over 7f here last Monday. Concierge was an eyecatcher over 5f last time and looks interesting on his step back up in trip, while others on the shortlist are Araifjan and Della Mare.
This looks open. Stellar Queen would be a danger to all if she has the pace for this, dropping in trip, while both Wade’s Magic and So Grateful come here on the back of good performances and can again be involved. However, JUPITER EXPRESS showed there is still some ability there on the first of two starts in as many days at Brighton. He is just preferred, in the hope that new headgear might just give him the edge from the inside stall.
