14:15 Ffos Las – Fay Ce Que Voudras (RP Ratings)

FAY CE QUE VOUDRAS made a winning handicap debut at Hereford (2m, soft; from a 6lb lower mark) in January. Hasn’t quite matched that form since, but with stamina in her family – sister to the 2m5f winner Barbados Blue and the 3m-3m1f winner Barbados Buck’s – this extra yardage promises to be within range.

16:45 Epsom – Desfondado (The Punt)

DESFONDADO is 0-5, best effort when third at Lingfield (1m2f, AW) on sole handicap attempt. Local yard won this race in 2017 and 2018. Could go well with Oisin Murphy booked.

18:35 Punchestown – Classic Getaway (Expert Eye)

CLASSIC GETAWAY is a lightly raced 7yo who won maiden hurdle here last season and ended campaign with decent second (demoted to third) in 2m4f conditions event at this meeting. Reappeared in November for successful chasing debut in 2m4f Gowran beginners, showing good attitude when drawing away from an odds-on stablemate on run-in (pair clear). Shapes as though he’ll relish 3m and could well have a lot more to offer at this trip.

20:00 Wolverhamtpon – Ask Peter (Chris Wright)

ASK PETER is a seven-race maiden who suggested she was worth a go at this trip when a staying-on fourth of six on her return from 268 days off at Chelmsford (1m6f, Polytrack) last month. Gives the impression there is a bigger run in her.
