13:45 – Jonbon
This is JONBON‘s to win. He needs to jump better than he did at Cheltenham but, barring an accident, he should win.
14:25 – Gatsby Grey
I’m going for GATSBY GREY each-way. I thought he ran a really good race in the 3m handicap hurdle at Leopardstown.
15:00 – Irish Point
The horse I am drawn to is IRISH POINT. Was disappointing at the Dublin Racing Festival, skipped Cheltenham, but comes here a fresher horse than the opposition.

15:35 – Home By The Lee
I think this will be a strongly-run race that will suit a dour stayer and HOME BY THE LEE might get his turn.
16:15 – Coconut Splash (each-way)
The trip and track will suit COCONUT SPLASH for Adam Wedge and Evan Williams. I think he’ll be a big enough price for an each-way shout here.

17:15 – Any Second Now, Le Milos & Velvet Elvis
I could rule out probably 25 horses, leaving 15, but I’ve found it hard to have a main pick to be honest, so I’ll side with ANY SECOND NOW, LE MILOS and VELVET ELVIS as my each-way selections.
18:20 – Captain Cody
Blizzard of Oz and Captain Cody are both decent horse and will pay their way over hurdles next year. CAPTAIN CODY gets the nod here.
