13:40 Hereford – Teasing Georgia

Shade disappointing when well-held fourth at Plumpton (2m, good) last month but was placed off mark 2lb higher than today’s on handicap debut at Catterick (1m7f, soft) in January and that performance makes her of strong interest here.

15:10 Newbury – Loup De Maulde

Hard to fault this season for his new yard, winning for a fourth time with considerable ease at Warwick 12 days ago (3m2f, soft); 2lb well-in with a penalty and has to make the shortlist.

16:00 Musselburgh – White Rhino

Winner of all three handicaps at about 2m4f (good and good to soft), again winning with authority at Southwell on Monday; big player again despite the penalty if retaining his edge.

19:00 Dundalk – Heartrate

Three runs have been over sprint trips, notably when second at Cork on heavy ground and here early this month when plenty keen on return from a break and ultimately no match for a ready winner over 6f; will need to settle much better to see out this longer trip.
