15:00 – FIRE DANCER
15:35 – KILLALOAN
16:10 – LATITUDE
16:45 – TIGHTENOURBELTS

14:25 – JACKS PROFIT

 This looks like a rematch of the C&D event at the start of the month. Welsh Charger has every chance of coming out on top on these terms but JACKS PROFIT won on merit and has since scored on the Flat. Gallopade will go close if settling better.

 

15:00 – FIRE DANCER

It’s not hard to envisage Cartonne proving hard to catch again but this looks a tougher task than his two Musselburgh wins. FIRE DANCER disappointed at Cheltenham in January but can pick up the threads back in this company.

15:35 – KILLALOAN

After his unlikely success at Sedgefield it is hard to overlook Bertie’s Wish, but KILLALOAN may possess more raw potential, even if he had to work hard last week. Issam is by no means ruled out, either.


16:10 – LATITUDE

It’s impossible to rule out any of these. Concetto could still have plenty of mileage in his handicap mark but genuinely soft ground would ask a question of him. LATITUDE is the other runner with untapped potential and he can gain a first success over fences.

16:45 – TIGHTENOURBELTS

Emma Lavelle has been struggling for winners this month but TIGHTENOURBELTS ought to put a stop to that. Tikitov is preferred to Lunar Contact as the chief threat.

17:20 – AMRONS SAGE (nap)

A lot went wrong for AMRONS SAGE (nap) on last month’s handicap debut and he’s given the chance to gain a first success off what looks a decent mark. No No Tango has performed well enough in two handicaps to rate the main danger, ahead of Malaita.

17:50 – ESPOIR DE TEILLEE

Neither of the top pair is bombproof but, in the absence of much to recommend the others, one of them ought to win. ESPOIR DE TEILLEE is taken to get the better of Envious Editor.
