15:30 – Taunton – Inspiratrice (Wolverhampton Express & Star)
The 4yo INSPIRATRICE showed that her 200-1 C&D win was no one-off when running creditably in a Listed race at Doncaster recently (hampered then unseated two out) and she’s the pick. Paddy Brennan appeared to find the best ground on the inside for Hidden Beauty at Doncaster but she won in good style and is feared most, ahead of the reopposing runner-up Passing Reflection.
19:00 – Wolverhampton – Master Zoffany (Racing Post)
MASTER ZOFFANY drew away from rivals on AW debut over C&D in December but raced wide when fifth here next time (Amber Island finished third); perhaps not as effective at Southwell since but has a squeak back here.
20:00 – Wolverhampton – Star of Mayo (Norwich Evening News)
STAR OF MAYO has improved with each of his four starts, finding plenty when winning a 1m novice at Lingfield last month; makes his handicap debut at a realistic level and there should be more in the tank.
