NAP of the Day: Today’s NAPs Table of horse racing tips across the UK & Ireland

It’s Festival Trials Day at Cheltenham and there is a bonus ninth race on the schedule – the Grade 1 Clarence House Chase (1:20pm), which will see Energumene face Edwardstone after last weekend’s scheduled date at Ascot was lost to the weather. We’re sponsoring a couple of contests on the card including the Grade 2 Paddy Power Cotswold Chase (2:25pm) as Gold Cup hopefuls Noble Yeats and Protektorat bid to enhance their credentials ahead of March and the Paddy Power Cheltenham Countdown Podcast Handicap Chase (1:50pm) which sees prolific course winner Coole Cody take his chance.

The day at Cheltenham kicks off with a cracking JCB Triumph Trial Juvenile Hurdle (11:40am) as Finale winner Comfort Zone, Dixon Cove, Jupiter Du Gate and Scriptwriter all line up. Delta Work beat Tiger Roll in last season’s Cross Country Chase and faces a fascinating new contender over the banks – 2021 Grand National hero Minella Times – in the Glenfarclas Cross Country Handicap Chase (12:40pm). Meanwhile, Paisley Park will bid to win a fourth Cleeve Hurdle (3pm) but Gelino Bello reverts back to flights while Dashel Drasher brings ultra-consistent form to the table.

The lucrative Sky Bet Handicap Chase (3:15pm) headlines the card at Doncaster. Paddy Power Gold Cup winner Ga Law heads the weights. Epatante should get the job done in the Yorkshire Rose Mares’ Hurdle (2:05pm) while Wayward Lad scorer Boothill faces Tommy’s Oscar in the Lightning Novices’ Chase (1:35pm).

There is also National Hunt action at Fairyhouse and Uttoxeter, Lingfield stages an all-weather meeting in the afternoon before Kempton‘s fixture under the lights.
