Kempton 13.30 – Kittys Light

I’m going to take a chance on Kittys Light, who is plummeting down the handicap. He’s down to a mark of 135 after originally being 145. He didn’t set the world alight at Kempton last time out but the mark seems workable.

Warwick 13.50 – Galia des Liteaux

I really fancy Galia des Liteaux for the Skelton’s. It all fell apart for her at Kempton and I’m going to forgive that run. She impressed before that at Bangor so hopefully she can do that again.

Kempton 14.05 – Paint The Dream

I’m hoping that Coole Cody will take it to Pic DOrhy, which will see Paint The Dream make a move and strike late on. That’s my tactical masterclass!

Warwick 14.25 – Snake Roll

This is a really competitive race and I’ve landed on Snake Roll for Derek Fox and Lucinda Russell. He ran well in an average race at Newcastle on Boxing Day and while he’s still a bit green, he’s worth siding with here.

Kempton 14.40 – Hermes Boy

I can see why Green Glory is the favourite but he’s not for me. I’m instead on Hermes Boy. He got 2lb for finishing second at Uttoxeter on his last start and he impressed before that at Sandown. He’s only six years old and worth chancing.

Warwick 15.00 – Guetapan Collonges

I have my doubts about Mr Incredible as he definitely has his own ideas so I’m with Guetapan Collonges, who had plenty in hand when winning at Warwick in November.

Warwick 15.35 – The Bomber Liston

I’m drawn to The Bomber Liston, who ran better than his finishing position at Punchestown last April. He raced on the pace that day and got caught late on. He was okay Kempton on Boxing Day and he steps up in trip here.
