Each and every day of the racing year we bring you a bumper NAPs Table to give you the inside scoop on all the plays you’ll need that day.

WELCOME TO PADDY POWER NEWS!

Don’t know what a NAPs Table is? We’ll tell you! It’s an independently run competition involving the cream of the British and Irish racing press whose positions in the table are based on their profits to Level Stakes. And just like all sports competitions worldwide, those doing best are towards the top of the table.

So, we decided to put that golden guide to the test and use it to steer you towards what could be a savvy Lucky 15 (4 horses, 15 bets) today. The four you’ll see below are the selections of some of the top-performing tipsters in the Table. Let’s get to the picks…

13:40 Dundalk – No Speed Limit (Racing Post)

Plenty of these come into the race in form, no more so than the hat-trick seeking Inishmot Prince. He, along with Little Queenie, Collective Power and Dream Today are among those with obvious chances. Preference though is for the very consistent NO SPEED LIMIT, who benefitted from a more patient ride last time and can go in again.

14:40 Dundalk – Gobi Star (Telegraph)

An open race. The hat-trick seeking Jaafel should be thereabouts, with appeal also made by the likes of Hodd’s Girl, Is That Love and Inflection Point. It might pay to side with GOBI STAR, winner of a claimer here in November and unlucky in running over 6f here on his stable debut.

14:50 Newcastle – Jems Bond (Daily Mail)

A mix of veterans on career-low marks and regressive maidens hardly makes for the ideal betting medium. Irish-trained Tynan stands out on his latest Dundalk second but he’d done precious little previously and has to prove it wasn’t a one-off, so the vote goes to JEMS BOND, who’s back on his last winning mark and shouldn’t mind the return to 6f.

16:00 Hereford – Kestrel Valley (The Times)

Shaw’s Cross deserves a win but this trip poses a question. Skinflint (second choice) has live claims despite a long absence, while Alberic may well revive after wind surgery. KESTREL VALLEY has shown little in her two starts this season but might be a different proposition with cheekpieces back on.
