Malina Girl has the best chase form on offer but given that Grade 3 winning hurdler ALLEGORIE DE VASSY is being sent over fences at this early stage of her career suggests she could be even better in this sphere. She could be hard to beat if she does take to the larger obstacles. Broomfield Hall might be the main danger with the longer trip likely to suit.

There was plenty to like about POSITIVE THINKER’s handicap debut over C&D last month and he looks well treated from 3lb higher. Clear The Clouds is another with claims after a narrow defeat last time. Any market support for Plain Or Battered would be worth noting on handicap debut up in trip.

A fascinating if difficult renewal. MASKADA looked likely to win at Fairyhouse before an unfortunate fall. She is one of a scatter of runners with potentially dented confidence. Brandy Harbour is progressing rapidly. Rebel Gold could go one better after his near miss 12 months ago.

TALK IN THE PARK can walk the walk. He has plenty of positives on paper. Given the pedigree of Dysart Dasher, it seems significant that Chosen Witness is the mount of Jody Townend.
