The King George is a hard race. Bravemansgame, Hitman, L’Homme Presse, Ahoy Senor even will be some people’s choice. The more I look at it and because I’m going to have make a call at some stage, I’m coming down on the side of L’HOMME PRESSE for Venetia Williams and Charlie Deutsch.

Gerri Colombe of Gordon Elliott will be all the rage with Jordan Gainford riding. I did fancy this horse all week but the small field – only five runners – means this will be a real tactical affair and I think KILCRUIT under Sean O’Keeffe could just have too many gears for Gerri Colombe.
