Filon D’Oudairies and Union Park renew rivalry after the former was a comfortable winner over C&D last time, and both are of interest, although this is a stronger contest. SHAKEYTRY might be a bit of value to make up for a narrow defeat over C&D when last seen over fences in 2021. Last year’s winner Western Sea could go well.
15:39 Wolverhampton – Heatherdown Hero
There is plenty of creditable recent form to take heed of in this small field and slight preference is for HEATHERDOWN HERO on his return to 1m4f from 1m6f. Ward Castle is next on the list ahead of Selfish Brian and Aryaah.
