Nusret was quite impressive at Punchestown last time out but I’m with Scriptwriter, who I tipped up last time out at Cheltenham. The Doncaster course should suit him even better than Cheltenham too.

13:50 Cheltenham – War Lord

I’m with War Lord for Joe Tizzard. I’ve tipped him up a few times and his form reads well. He was third in the Haldon Gold Cup at Exeter on his reappearance and he finished fourth behind Edwardstone in the Arkle.

14:25 Cheltenham – Epatante

Everything points to Epatante here. She’s 5lbs well in with the geldings and she’ll be hard to beat. The new course will suit her too.

14:40 Doncaster – Heroique De Maulde

Maninsane won last time out at Huntingdon thanks to a brilliant ride from Lilly Pinchin but the penalty could be too much here. Therefore, I’m with Heroique De Maulde for James Ewart, who finished second at Newcastle last month.

15:00 Cheltenham – Outlaw Peter

I like Outlaw Peter for Paul Nicholls, with Harry Cobden on board. Weveallbeencaught didn’t jump great on his debut and Outlaw Peter should win. He was beaten by a lack of fitness at Chepstow in October but he bounced back to win at Exeter last month.
