12:37 -Law Ella (NAP)

There is no strong reason to suppose that Galway runner-up LAW ELLA (NAP) will fail to uphold the form of her hurdling debut with fourth-placed Battling Bessie. Harmonya Maker has questions to answer seeing that her bumper career failed to progress as well as might have been hoped, but she appears to be a stronger contender for this than stablemate Ginnets Girl.

13:07 – Bronn

An interesting Mullins/Elliott battle is on the cards. BRONN proved his credentials as a Grade 2 novice hurdle winner and is just preferred to the unbeaten Gerri Colombe, whose novice hurdling campaign came to a premature end in January. Neither Freedom To Dream nor Shantreusse would be a surprise winner of a beginners’ event that has plenty of depth. Former smart hurdler Sam’s Profile has not yet prospered as a chaser but remains noteworthy. 

13:37 – Broomfield Hall

There could be plenty of improvement to come from BROOMFIELD HALL who recovered from an error three out to win on his chasing debut. The Greek is relatively experienced over fences and deserves respect on handicap form, as does Matties Mountain who has the merit of good winning form at this venue.

14:07 – Tempationinmilan

Gina Andrews has a good chance on Listowel festival winner TEMPTATIONINMILAN who gets the vote to reverse Punchestown form with Menindee in a rematch that also involves third-placed Hoke Colburn.

15:37 – Er Dancer

Maiden hunter chase winner has also won five points’: ER DANCER was a well-beaten second on return from a break in a Tattersalls Farm point’ recently and but sould very much improve from that here.

Though disappointing over fences for Willie Mullins on his last two starts, WELLHAVEWAN is still on an attractive hurdles mark and can make the most of it. Loup De Tallane, Bellaney Gem, Hard Rain and Jakie Mac look his main dangers. Huit Reflets would be of interest if getting a run. 

15:37 – Search for Glory

It will be interesting to see how the market treats the Elliott pair of SEARCH FOR GLORY and Cardamon Hill but the former looks like an exciting type after making 200,000GBP at the sales following his point win and is selected. Zaidi could be more of a danger.
