Don’t know what a NAPs Table is? We’ll tell you! It’s an independently run competition involving the cream of the British and Irish racing press whose positions in the table are based on their profits to Level Stakes. And just like all sports competitions worldwide, those doing best are towards the top of the table.
So, we decided to put that golden guide to the test and use it to steer you towards what could be a savvy Lucky 15 (4 horses, 15 bets) today. The four you’ll see below are the selections of some of the top-performing tipsters in the Table. Let’s get to the picks…
Sam England has her string in excellent nick, so her handily weighted HOT SCOOP is taken to bag a second C&D success on the back of an encouraging Nottingham sixth when he was bumped at the start. The consistent Shesadabber and C&D scorer Golden Gal (second choice) are feared most, with in-form maiden Prayer Matt another who needs factoring in.
All of these have something going for them in an interesting novice handicap. Preference is for FERN HILL who ran some good races in defeat over fences last season and, from a workable mark, may be able to make his chasing experience count. Young Butler, a course winner over hurdles, is second choice, ahead of Cap Du Mathan.

Although LA RENOMMEE has something to find with Herewegohoney on their novice encounter, that came only a week after a hard race at Cheltenham. On this softer ground that should benefit one with a French background, she can gain her revenge on the top weight who is clearly a danger. Lime Drop probably has another good season ahead of her.
Titanium Bullet (second choice), Dj Pete and Splashing Wave need respecting, having run well in bumpers already, while Doc McCoy looked good in his point for all that he didn’t beat a lot. However, any newcomer representing Sam Thomas and owner Dai Walters commands a second look and LUMP SUM is bred to be decent.
