13:40 – Ardad’s Great
Withdrawn (in season) at the Curragh last Friday, ARDAD’S GREAT seems to have been found a fine opportunity to get off the mark, off a light weight and on ground she handles. Something Nice could be the one to follow her home.

14:10 – Linus Larrabee
Eddie Lynam holds a strong hand here, including dual winner of this race Teddy Boy, but preference is for stablemate LINUS LARRABEE, a strong-finishing second to Conversant over C&D a fortnight ago. Plenty of others with chances, including Ever Rock, and Wee Pablo could go well dropped in trip.

14:45 – Daisy Jones
A modest enough maiden in which it is hard to look beyond DAISY JONES (nap) on the back of a fine Curragh run where she had several of today’s rivals behind her.
15:20 – Screen Siren
An open handicap in which SCREEN SIREN gets the vote on the back of a strong-finishing second at ther Curragh when left with plenty to do. The progressive Harry’s Hill, along with Aloysius Lilius and Jon Riggens head the list of dangers.
15:55 – Blue Emperor
The market will be really helpful here, at least in clarifying the well-being of some of these after hit-and-miss performances last time collectively. BLUES EMPEROR can stay and win. Smooth Tom has to be respected, while Dark Vega and Inchturk ought to bounce back.
16:30 – Sundial
Always a fascinating contest, albeit no really classy jumper in it. SUNDIAL took a step forward at Thurles and is a hopeful choice, for all that he surely needs to progress again. Uxmal is a notable runner. John Cannon has discovered how to win, albeit hurdling.
17:05 – Majestic Jewel
A minefield. Wajaaha looks one of the more obvious if hardly a good thing. MAJESTIC JEWEL ran into one last time and seems progressive. Alfalfa is interesting and there seems to be a theme that those highest in the weights may dominate.
17:40 – Nathaniel’s Dream
Local trainers look likely to dominate. NATHANIEL’S DREAM makes huge appeal here. Barring mishaps it’s hard to see him being beaten. Four horses ahead of him in the weights, Global Export, Intend, El Tren and Charlie Luciano, are among the dangers.
