A good-class renewal in which very few can be safely ruled out. CHAMP KIELY was visually very impressive at Galway and is taken to maintain his unbeaten record. Fred Winter winner Brazil has to respected, while the selection’s stalemate Hubrisko could go well.

The Grade 1 penalty means Abacadabras has a stiff task whereas JASON THE MILITANT (nap) is well treated and fit from the Flat. Jesse Evans may well be the latter’s biggest challenger.

Having really got it together at Galway, BIG ISLAND could well defy a 9lb rise here. Tullypole Annie rates a definite threat, while potential improvers lurk in John Cannon and Mount Brown.
