There are four meetings scheduled across the tracks in the UK and Ireland today – and our nifty NAPs Table is here to give you a steer on the day’s best bets.

Our daily racing NAPs Table is your one-stop shop with all of today’s top tips from the cream of the British and Irish racing press. The tipsters are ranked by their profit or loss to Level Stakes so you know who has been firing in the winners and who, err, hasn’t.

The Class 2 Mutasaabeq New For 2024 Handicap (2:55pm) tops the bill on day one of the Craven Meeting at Newmarket as Bopedro attempts to repeat last season’s C&D victory off top weight. The bumper field includes Royal runner Slipofthepen, who returns from a 336-day absence. There is further Class 2 action courtesy of the bet365 EBF Conditions Stakes (3:30pm) which features Group 3 placed Boiling Point.

Icare Debois and Dr Eggman looked like smart prospects in bumpers last season but have failed to score over timber this term. The Willie Mullins pair will bid to correct that in the Mulvaney Bookmakers Maiden Hurdle (1:30pm) and Colm White Bookmakers Maiden Hurdle (2:40pm) at Naas respectively.

There is also Jumps action at Ffos Las before Newcastle’s all-weather meeting in the evening.
