Each and every day of the racing year we bring you a bumper NAPs table to give you the inside scoop on all the plays you’ll need that day.

Don’t know what a NAPs table is? We’ll tell you! It’s an independently run competition involving the cream of the British and Irish racing press whose positions in the table are based on their profits to Level Stakes. And just like all sports competitions worldwide, those doing best are towards the top of the table.

WELCOME TO PADDY POWER NEWS!

So, we decided to put that golden guide to the test and use it to steer you towards what could be a savvy Lucky 15 (4 horses, 15 bets). The four you’ll see below are the selections of some of the top-performing tipsters in the table. Let’s get to the bets.

Tramore-Jumps-Racing-2020

14:08 Southwell – Kiritimati Island

The most solid option may be KIRITIMATI ISLAND who added to his Southwell placings with a Doncaster second over this trip last time out. Hoots Toots makes his handicap debut but enters the reckoning judged on his last two efforts, along with Thunderhill going back up in trip, and they are second and third on the list.

14:35 Chelmsford – My Joker

Some satisfactory experience of Polytrack sways the vote in favour of MY JOKER ahead of Peggoty, his only form rival. Both have had plenty of racing and they don’t set a daunting standard, so Jedba (whose saddle slipped last time) and debutante Moment De Reve (who hopefully won’t play up in the stalls this time) need a second look.

16:35 Tramore – Pat Coyne

Balinaboola Steel can be forgiven for his poor run at Galway and has saved his best form of late for fences. It would be no surprise if Twilight Girl bounced back from her Cartmel run given the form her yard is in, while Groveman is another who could play a part. But preference is for PAT COYNE, who won at this festival last year and should come on from his recent hurdles run to play a big part.

17:20 Pontefract – Dandy Spirit

Late Arrival and Woodlands Charm were disappointing in their respective hat-trick bids last time but could bounce back, while Dream Together arrives on the back of a good performance. However, C&D winner DANDY SPIRIT again ran well here last time out and can capitalise on the drop back in grade. Dream Together may be the chief threat.
