Hubrisko has improved a fair bit since his run at Fairyhouse in January and dropping back in trip will suit him. Paul Townend has opted to ride Gamin Original, who was unlucky not to win this race last year. He unseated Paul at the last but I fancy him to bounce back here.
I like Themaxwecan for Charlie and Mark Johnston at a big price. He has decent enough Goodwood form and he’s off a mark that he’s capable of running off. We know he stays and he could run a big race. He’s got a change of headgear too.
Willie has Whiskey Sour, Finest Evermore, Foveros and La Prima Donna in this one. Kieran Callaghan takes 7lbs off Whiskey Sour’s back which will help him but I’m on La Prima Donna. She won a maiden hurdle at Tipperary last time out after a great run at Punchestown. She’s got solid form.
I’m not sold on this race but if I had to pick, I’d side with Forbearance for Hollie Doyle and Jess Harrington. The Harrington yard was slightly out of form for the runs at York, Cork and Leopardstown but they’re back now. She could be back to the filly she was last year.

I’ve landed on a couple for this one. I like Method for Freddie and Martyn Meade, who’s a big enough price. He has a chance with his good draw. The one I’m sweet on is Regional, with Ryan Moore riding. He’s drawn in stall 27 and he will run well.
Excuzio Joe caught my eye earlier this week and she’s got a great draw. Declan McDonogh rides for Matthew Smith. She finished fourth earlier this week and she can win this.

Willie has Indigo Desert but I like Razdan for Chris Timmons. He ran really well behind Royal Eagle on Monday, finishing ahead of HMS Seahorse. The other one to look at is Insane Bolt. He was unlucky here on Monday when finishing third in a handicap hurdle.
Carrigmoorna Queen was second on her only start at Punchestown. She’s been kept fresh and well and Patrick Mullins takes over. She could be hard to beat.
