Most of her form is at a mile, but the shorter trip could suit her even better.
15:00 – Eddies Boy
Super Sprint winner Eddies Boy can beat Rocket Rodney despite twice finishing behind that rival already. Rocket Rodney is drawn on the stands rail, which may not be a blessing, and Eddie’s Boy will have a clear path home on the outside. He can make the most of that by making all.

Alcohol Free is the one to chase home Baaeed in the Sussex Stakes, and with the favourite unbackable, the forecast with last year’s heroine seems the best approach.

Rousay has been beaten in four handicaps this season, but has run with great credit, including at this track. She improved for stepping up to this trip last time, and connections won this race with Billesdon Bess a few years ago.
16:45 – All The Time
All The Time trailed home in the Queen Mary at Royal Ascot, but she ran out a decisive winner on her racecourse bow at Nottingham, and that is a better indicator of her ability. A return to that form puts her firmly in the picture.
