13:40 – Kiss N Cuddle
Kind Spirit may still do better at this trip and he’s high on the list, while Carry On Aitch looks a likely improver now tackling this distance for the first time. KISS N CUDDLE may only have won a seller here last time but he stayed on resolutely and may be the answer with the longer trip likely to be within range.
NEW TO PADDY POWER NEWS?
14:10 – Clipsham Gold
There are some potential improvers on show but the proven handicap form of CLIPSHAM GOLD, The Grey Wolf and Lincoln Pride may hold sway. Clipsham Gold was a shade unfortunate to be pegged back by The Grey Wolf at Doncaster and can reverse the placings today.
14:40 – Qabilah
Oriole is open to improvement after just one promising start, while Game Master may benefit from cheekpieces and Sea Speedwell should appreciate stepping up to 1m2f. They will all have to go to beat QABILAH, though, with Roger Varian’s filly having shown a good attitude when toppling a red-hot favourite at Nottingham three weeks ago.
15:10 – Danville
Master Of Combat looked good at Doncaster last month and may well prove up to this new mark in time, while 3yo Majestic Fighter also still has his best days ahead of him. DANVILLE might find himself untroubled up front in this field though and he can gain a second win of the campaign.

15:40 – Fresh Hope
All five runners have something to recommend them but FRESH HOPE (nap) is easily the most appealing. A winner on her handicap debut in May, she ran a cracker at Royal Ascot when faring best of the far-side group. She runs off the same mark today and can take full advantage of the drop in class. Baileysgutfeeling is preferred to Al Baahy for the forecast spot.
16:10 – Lethal Angel
The 3yos Hilary’s Boy and Thank The Lord can both feature but LETHAL ANGEL returned to form with a vengeance at Brighton last week and she can follow up under conditions that shouldn’t hold any terrors. Of the remainder, it’s quite possible that Enchanted Night will be seen to better effect today and Creek Harbour hinted at a revival last time.

16:40 – Twilight Bay
This might go to Amy Murphy’s new recruit TWILIGHT BAY, who has a good chance on these terms if judged on some of her AW form from the early part of this year and ran quite well on turf on her final start for Dean Ivory. Babe Alicious might be dangerous if aided by a new headgear combination and is second choice, ahead of Lady Mander.
17:10 – Perfect Myth
The eldest in the line-up by some way, PERFECT MYTH nonetheless has plenty in her favour, and if she repeats the form of her recent close fifth at Windsor she can gain a first Flat success to add to her three hurdling wins. Army Of One looks the most viable alternative, with turf debutante Mohassana also respected.
