Better than the result when sixth on his chasing debut, MIDNIGHT GLANCE can build on that and add to his three successes over hurdles. Judge Earle, back in form after a spell in the wilderness, is the main threat, with Storm Lorenzo and Go All The Way also respected.

The thriving 6yo YOU NAME HIM (nap) arrives on a four-timer and earns the vote ahead of Mr Yeats, who has also been in good form and could be suited by this step back up in trip.

The Joe Tizzard-trained KAUTO THE KING has been better than ever this season, winning all three starts, and is taken to notch the four-timer. Texard stayed on well to win over 2m here recently and is the chief danger.
17:13 – Bridge Road
Having returned from a break with a near-miss over C&D last month, the unexposed BRIDGE ROAD is taken to go one better. The Turtle Said has potential now up in trip and could be the main danger, while fellow handicap newcomer Colemanstown Lad is another interesting handicap newcomer and is one to watch in the betting. Dellboy Trotter and Allsfineandandy are others for the shortlist.
