WELCOME TO PADDY POWER NEWS!
14:30 – Lady Tilbury
Obviously Dramatised was very, very impressive last time out, Love Reigns will jump and burn from stall 5. So I’m gonna tip the one that’s in stall 4 just inside her, LADY TILBURY, who was really impressive at Tipperary only last week. I think she’ll beat able to hang on to the coat-tails of Love Reigns, got home really well at Tipperary, she’ll have to get home even better at Ascot, but I’m gonna take a chance on her over there behind the American filly on the far side of the track.
15:05 – Nahanni (NAP)
I’m gonna go with NAHANNI. Typically, horses that get beaten in the Derby have horrific records in this race, but Nahanni’s derby was over shortly after the stalls opened. Got completely spread out from the middle of the pack, raced at the back and got knocked about. But I’m gonna go with Nahanni for this one.
15:40 – State Of Rest
I think just shy of 10f suits Lord North. This could be a tactical enough affair, but there’s no real front-runner. But I’m gonna take a chance win STATE OF REST. He just got caught in the wrong place in the Tattersalls Gold Cup. In that race, Lord North allowed High Definition plenty of room, which pegged him back and left State of Rest a length further out of his ground than he needed to be. So I’m gonna chance State of Rest for this one.

16:20 – Bashkirova
It looks on paper between Mother Earth and Saffron Beach, but Mother Earth’s run in the Lockinge was really disappointing, and Safron Beach she’s coming back from a bit of a lay-off. I was just really taken by BASHKIROVA at Epsom and loved how she finished that last half a furlong. Bashkirova was impressive, and she could step forward again in this one.
17:00 – Bless Him (Each Way)
I’m going for BLESS HIM from stall 22. The way he’ll be ridden and his style of racing he could sneak him into the each-way places. He’ll start really strongly and Jamie Spencer will smuggle him into the race at the business end.

17:35 – Little Big Bear
LITTLE BIG BEAR will take up most of the market here and the 5f trip will suit. He beat Alexis Zorba at Naas at the beginning of May who hasn’t run since. There’s not much value in the price as nothing has franked the form yet but I’ll stick with Little Big Bear.
