Six meetings are scheduled across the tracks in the UK and Ireland today – and our nifty NAPs Table is here to steer you on the day’s best bets.

The Welsh Grand National (14:50) tops the bill at Chepstow as 2021 winner Iwilldoit attempts to roll back the years but Galia Des Liteaux is likely to relish the testing conditions. The Grade 2 Finale Juvenile Hurdle (13:40) is the pick of the supporting races and features French raider Nietzsche Has, who is clear of the field on ratings.

The Grade 2 McMahons Builders Providers Irish EBF Dawn Run Mares Novice Chase (13:27) is the pick at Limerick, Wetherby also stages Jumps action, while Wolverhampton’s all-weather meeting rounds off proceedings.
