Our snazzy NAPs Table is here to give you a steer on today’s best bets for the six meetings across the UK and Ireland.

A total of eight rivals stand in the way of Galopin Des Champs and a place in the history books as a three-time winner of the Boodles Cheltenham Gold Cup Chase (16:00) on the final day of the Cheltenham Festival. The next two in the market look like the biggest dangers as Gavin Cromwell has opted to supplement Inothewayurthinkin and the prospect for good ground has tempted Joseph O’Brien to field his King George VI Chase winner Banbridge.

The action begins with the Grade 1 JCB Triumph Hurdle (13:20) as East India Dock meets the Nicky Henderson-trained Lulamba and Dublin Racing Festival winner Hello Neighbour. There is further top-level action on the card courtesy of the Albert Bartlett Novices’ Hurdle (15:20) which features last season’s Champion Bumper winner Jasmin De Vaux, who has struggled to impress over timber.

For Pleasure, who finished third in the 2021 edition of the Supreme Novices’ Hurdle, tops the weights for the feature at Fakenham, the Class 3 PH Betts (Holdings) Ltd Silver Cup Handicap Hurdle (16:15).

There is also Jumps action at Doncaster before evening all-weather meetings at Dundalk, Southwell and Wolverhampton round off proceedings.
