It’s an independently run competition involving the cream of the British and Irish racing press whose positions in the table are based on their profits to Level Stakes. And just like all sports competitions worldwide, those doing best are towards the top of the table.

13:10 Newton Abbot – Kapitaliste
The drop in trip is a slight concern for KAPITALISTE but he is ahead of the game under a penalty and is the one to beat again. Several of these are capable of making a race of it with Agent Saonois preferred to Lonimoss Bareliere as the main danger.
17:25 Cartmel – Golden Town
Last year’s winner Frightened Rabbit returned to form at Hexham last month and is respected but last year’s runner-up GOLDEN TOWN (nap) has been given an excellent chance by the handicapper. James Moffatt’s 11yo has fitness to prove after a nine-month absence but has won after breaks of 168 days and 151 days before. Timetoroe is next on the list.
19:30 Kempton – Skittlebombz
Zameka has to bounce back from a lesser run at Ascot but he should be winning races off this sort of mark and he’s dangerous back on AW. Botanist is better than he showed last time and can go well but SKITTLEBOMBZ didn’t get chance to show what he could do at Wolverhampton last time when running into plenty of traffic in the straight. He is unexposed at this trip and could well have more to come.
19:50 Curragh – Schiele
Joseph O’Brien’s team is in good shape and the 79-rated SCHIELE could be worth another chance after two defeats at 7f this season. He showed decent form at 6f at two. Some of these are beginning to look exposed, but not Aratori who made a pleasing debut over C&D and should confirm form with Chicago Lightening. Lord Abama and El Magnifique are also worth considering.
