A very weak affair. Charlie Siringo would go close on his hurdles form and her autumn form means Go Battle would take beating if she doesn’t need the run. Preference is for BLACKJACK BOY who should strip a lot fitter from a mostly decent efrfort at Tipperary last time.

17:40 – Gin On Lime
This looks like a good opportunity for GIN ON LIME to get back on track now dropped in grade after a couple of tough assignments. Say Goodbye could be the main danger after her recent winning chase debut and Rapid Response completes the shortlist, though she would need to leave a low-key reappearance run behind.
18:10 – Fakiera
Western Run and Il Courra have plenty of experience at a good level over fences and both should be thereabouts. It might be worth siding with FAKIERA who has the best novice hurdle form of these and can be forgiven a below-par chase debut in November.

18:40 – Golden Ferret (NAP)
No end of dead wood in this contest. This looks an easier task for GOLDEN FERRET(nap) than when he won at Downpatrick and he is difficult to oppose. Wexford runner-up Krisquin and Fly De Megaudais could be next best.
19:10 – Siberian Prince
A few of these look like they have a bright future over fences, none more so than SIBERIAN PRINCE. He chased home a useful mare at Tipperary last time and he might not need to improve on that level of form to win this. Stablemates Pat’s Pick and Our Ted both warrant respect on just their second start over fences.

Not many of these arrive in good form and it might be worth taking a chance on MONEY HEIST who could improve up in trip on handicap debut here. Mica Malpic showed a bit more last time and similar can be said for Top Question who hinted at a return to form 12 days ago.
20:10 – Ask Cory
It was a return to form from ASK CORY earlier this month and with the chance of him coming on for that, he should give a good account from a workable mark. Norwigi is a big player stepping up in trip but Father Jed could be the main danger from his lower chase mark after his recent hurdle success.
