Horse Racing Tips: 6/1 punt tops our Fairyhouse Friday fancies

The Racing Post like the look of Inventor (19:50) as they preview the seven-race card.

WELCOME TO PADDY POWER NEWS!

17:20 – Recurrent Dream

RECURRENT DREAM sets a clear standard on ratings and this looks a good opportunity to resume winning ways. Snapius can give the selection most to think about, while if Brown Eagle can continue his recent improvement he should be involved.

17:50 – Alma Libre

Natalia Lupini has four winners on the board this season from only a small number of runners. She can keep up the good work with ALMA LIBRE whose most recent Leopardstown run has given her the profile of a likely future winner. Atavique shaped well at Sligo and may pose a greater threat than Jaafel who was in front of her at Bellewstown but has become expensive to follow.

18:20 – Broadhurst (NAP)

Spirit Genie and BROADHURST (nap) both hold a Railway Stakes entry and the latter looks in pole position to take this. He ran a cracker on debut at Navan when beaten by a smart-looking colt and can use his experience to good effect to collect here. Skip James is another who demand respect, alongside Yamazaki.

18:50 – HMS Endeavour

This is a competitive heat where a case can be made for virtually all in the lineup. The most intriguing contender is Dun Na Sead who hasn’t been seen since winning a Curragh maiden in good style and it’s interesting to see that connections have opted for a contest of this nature. San Andreas demands plenty of respect but, if arriving on song, HMS ENDEAVOUR is the one to be on. He looked good winning a conditions event at Dundalk last September and should be more at home back in this company.

19:20 – Cherry Bloom

This will be the first turf run for CHERRY BLOOM since joining Gillian Scott. She can take advantage of a reduced mark in this sphere. She needs to reverse Dundalk form with the very reliable Pandemic Princess, but now enjoys a 16lb turnaround relative to the first of their four clashes during the winter. If there is a dark horse in the race it could be Chancey Approach who makes her turf debut.

19:50 – Inventor

The vastly experienced Teddy Boy is holding his form really well but is not certain to uphold recent form with INVENTOR who got closer to him at Sligo last time than at Bellewstown. Maggie Thunder can be given much the same chance as Teddy Boy on Navan running. The durable Ever Rock can also make her presence felt.

20:20 – Neverland

Red Azalea is sure to be in the frame but she’s been frustrating to follow and it’s hard to have confidence in her. The same applies to Karkyna, who has had plenty of chances. Osraige may be the one with experience who can go the closest, but it’s worth taking a gamble on a newcomer, and the selection is NEVERLAND. This well-bred daughter of Quality Road is out of Irish 1,000 Guineas winner Marvellous and it would be no surprise if she produced a bold showing.
