NAP of the Day: Today’s NAPs Table of horse racing tips across the UK & Ireland

Our snazzy NAPs Table is here to give you a steer on today’s best bets for the six meetings across the UK and Ireland.

Think of it as your one-stop shop for the best bets from the cream of the British and Irish horse racing press. The tipsters are ranked by their profit or loss to Level Stakes, so you know who has been banging in the winners and who, well, hasn’t.

Grand National clues will be on offer in the Grade 3 Bobbyjo Chase (15:25) at Fairyhouse as last year’s winner I Am Maximus concedes weight to the likes of Irish Grand National winner Intense Raffles and Thyestes scorer Nick Rockett.

Hyland, who holds an entry for the Grand National, bids to capture the Ladbrokes Trophy Handicap Chase (15:35) at Kempton after finishing second behind The Jukebox Man in the Kauto Star Novices’ Chase last time out. The field of 13 also includes Our Power, who won the race in 2023, and top weight Lowry’s Bar.

The cracking card also features a triple helping of Grade 2 action as Rubbed attempts to get off the mark over fences in the Pendil Novices’ Chase (13:50), Mondo Man features in the Adonis Juvenile Hurdle (14:25) and Tripoli Flyer goes for a hat-trick in the Dovecote Novices’ Hurdle (15:00).

A maximum field of 18 runners take their chance in one of the longest races on the calendar, the Eider Handicap Chase (14:10) at Newcastle, while the last Pertemps Hurdle Series Qualifier (14:32) before the Cheltenham Festival takes place at Chepstow.

The Group 3 Winter Derby Stakes (15:15) tops the bill at Southwell before Chelmsford’s all-weather meeting in the evening rounds off proceedings.
