14:10 – Blackbeard
Interestingly, Blackbeard and Tough Talk won by a short head and Mehmar was beaten by a short head last time out, so maybe none of these are superstars. I’m going with Blackbeard, who is two from two, so has done a bit more than the others.

14:45 – A Case Of You
A Case Of You is a proper Group 1 sprinter and he has won at the top level over both 5f and 6f. He’ll also be grand ground wise as he won on heavy at Longchamp and good in Meydan last time out.
15:20 – Buckaroo
Native Trail is obviously the most likely winner and hosed up at the Curragh last year so he clearly likes the track. However, I’m taking a chance that his defeat in the English Guineas could have left a mark on him. Buckaroo, on the other hand, may only have won a Listed race here recently but he won like a horse on the up who is improving hand over fist.

15:55 – Jason The Militant
Jason The Militant loves a bit of cut in the ground so presuming it doesn’t dry out too much, he should have a massive chance. He won a Listed race much easier than the margin suggests last time at Naas.
16:30 – Golden Twilight
Golden Twilight will be ridden prominently and stays further so if he can dictate the pace, he could stay in front. He had a couple of these in front of him last time but in recent seasons he has come on a lot for his runs so it’s safe enough to assume he’ll be right for it.
