Don’t know what a NAPs table is? We’ll tell you! It’s an independently run competition involving the cream of the British and Irish racing press whose positions in the table are based on their profits to Level Stakes. And just like all sports competitions worldwide, those doing best are towards the top of the table.
So, we decided to put that golden guide to the test and use it to steer you towards what could be a savvy Lucky 15 (4 horses, 15 bets). The four you’ll see below are the selections of some of the top-performing tipsters in the table. Let’s get to the bets…
STOCKPYLE has raced only at 7f, best effort when runner-up on AW debut. Ran as though in need of the outing on return at Salisbury last month and, while he has something to find on bare form, this brother of the yard’s star Pyledriver looks sure to improve for the extra furlong.
ALDOUS HUXLEY completely dominated a novice at Kempton on his debut in March and he improved a little when second in a similar event at Newmarket 18 days later, sticking to his task well. Should stay this longer distance and well worth his place in this higher grade.
DOUGIES DREAM narrowly made a successful handicap debut at Redcar last month. Couldn’t pose a serious threat back at 7f at Wetherby next time, but he really kicked on again when scoring by 3l at Newcastle ten days ago. Looks well treated under a penalty for that success (due to be 2lb higher in future) and he’s a major player again back on turf.

19:03 Catterick – Glory Fighter (On The Nose, Expert Eye)
GLORY FIGHTER is steadily finding his form this year and is suited by give in the ground, so a possible from his low draw.
