14:00 – Igraine
This looks a perfect opportunity for IGRAINE to finally break her duck over hurdles. She’s had plenty of near misses and this looks easier than previous assignments. Wrecking Ball Paul can prove best of the rest if over his Down Royal mishap, with Vocito completing the shortlist.

14:30 – Marvel De Cerisy
It’s hard to see past MARVEL DE CERISY, whose second to Meet And Greet is the standout form on offer. A reproduction of that effort should be enough to land this. Moulane West can give the selection most to think about. Roaring Potter completes the shortlist.
15:00 – Santa Rossa (NAP)
A cracking renewal can go the way of SANTA ROSSA (nap). Dermot McLoughlin’s talented mare is very tough to beat on her day, and she should take all the stopping now back in mares’ company. Scottish Champion hurdle winner Anna Bunina gets a nice pull at the weights and is taken to give the selection plenty to think about. Willie Mullins bids to win this for the fifth year in a row, and his sole representative Heia deserves respect.
15:30 – Ardla
We didn’t get to see the best of ARDLA last time but he has the potential to be better than his mark and gets the nod in a race where several have live claims. Glan is an obvious contender if in the same form as her Fairyhouse success two starts ago, while of those towards the bottom half of the weights, Magnor Glory and Rich Belief look to be on the up. If either of the Tony Martin-trained reserves get in they deserve respect.

16:00 – Egality Mans
Having shown that he handles better ground when a good fourth in a Punchestown festival handicap, EGALITY MANS gets the vote to beat the higher-rated Max Flamingo who is a better horse going right-handed. There’s more to come from Baptism Of Fire over fences and he also merits consideration.
16:30 – Norwigi
Provided she is none the worse for her fall in a handicap last month, NORWIGI is favoured to put her experience to good use against promising chasing debutantes Say Goodbye and Mi Lighthouse. Effernock Fizz should be on the premises to keep the leading players honest.

17:00 – Stealthy Tom
It’s not difficult to make a case for a handful of these but STEALTHY TOM showed his wellbeing at Punchestown and is proven around here so gets a tentative nod over the same owner’s Pairc Na Ngael. With Robert Tyner’s string in good heart, a bold bid can be expected from Feyan., while it wouldn’t be a shock if Tesseract clicked at some stage off his falling mark.
17:30 – Themanintheboots
The conveyor belt of Mullins’ bumper winners shows little sign of slowing down but, on this occasion, the champion trainer’s representative Felix Summus is taken on with fellow newcomer THEMANINTHEBOOTS who is related to several winners in this discipline. Of those that have run, Down Royal fifth Neddies Boy may improve enough to get involved.
