16:05 – Show Of Stars
Not a strong opinion but I think there’s probably more to come from Show Of Stars. I thought she shaped quite well at Navan on her reappearance but she didn’t get the best of runs through there. She’s got a big of speed in her pedigree and she looked like she might stay a bit further. I think she’s got a half-decent race in her but it’s not a particularly strong opinion for me.

16:35 – Stone Age
I like Stone Age. He might be a horse who wants a fair bit of cut in the ground and it’s good to firm at this stage but looks likely to ease. It was an easy race to win on reappearance but the one that stands out for him was stepping up in trip in the Criterium de Saint-Cloud at the end of last season. He ran over 7f in the Jean-Luc Lagardere but that was far too sharp for him. The more of a test of stamina this comes the more it suits him.
17:05 – Georgeville
I’d be very keen on Georgeville here. He’s run four times at the Curragh and never been placed but I thought he caught the eye last time out. He travelled smoothly into the race and weakened late on as if the run was needed. His record at Leopardstown is really good and he’ll be suited by this becoming a test of stamina because he states 1m2f well and if it sets up nicely for him he should be absolutely spot on for this.
