He’s got a limitless amount of potential to improve and given the way he was prepped for his debut effort, there was an awful lot of work on and he can take a significant step forward just 22 days later. He also has a fitness edge on the field.

As of yet, Kenzai Warrior hasn’t stepped up to this distance but a look back at his reappearance run in a hot contest at Wolverhampton would suggest it shouldn’t be a problem, as can often be the case after a successful juvenile career they spend a little time in the wilderness. There is no doubt he retains all the ability and enthusiasm. He will be overlooked in the market going up against some of the biggest stables and he’s an each-way player.

16:05 Kempton – Potapova
Potapova went from Chelmsford to Redcar and straight into Group 1 company in the Coronation behind Alcohol Free and wasn’t totally disgraced. You can put a line through her last run as she nearly refused to race at Doncaster and gave away far too much ground at the start. She’ll be fresh and ready to go for her expert handler Ryan Moore and surprisingly doesn’t sit at the top of the market with the favourite My Astra’s form over in France not looking strong at all.

16:20 Fairyhouse – Easy Game
Easy Game was very unlucky when he unseated Brian Hayes two starts ago in Gowran Park when he was travelling the best and looking like the winner. You can probably put a line through a below par effort on his last outing when a distant third to a real good type in Fakir D’oudairies. He’s fresh and we know the master handler that is Willie Mullins can get them ready.
