It’s very simple. Just head over to the on PaddyPower.com, select To Be Placed and build your selections to be placed in the First 10, 6, 5, 4 or 3. Then you can sit back and enjoy!
WELCOME TO PADDY POWER NEWS!
It’s not just The Grand National 2022 this new feature applies for. Oh, no. It’s at every course, every race, every day.
So why not give it a whirl and make the most of your knowledge by combining qualifying outright markets on the racing pages now.
There’s a massive 40 options on the race-card to pick from, and you may well be weighing up whether to back a favourite, pick a grey horse, or to choose your punt based on the colours of your footie team.
Well, never mind all that, because tellybox pundit, and horse racing expert, Mick Fitzgerald has got you covered, with his four horses to finish in the top 10 at Aintree.
1 – Fiddlerontheroof
Fiddlerontheroof ticks a lot of the right boxes for the National. He needs to travel and jump a little better than he did at Ascot where he finished second, but he is fairly weighted, ran a super race at Newbury in the Ladbrokes Trophy and the ground is fine for him.
2 – Any Second Now
Any Second Now was our fancy last year and he ran really well despite suffering interference on the way around, and still managed to finish a good third. He is a little higher in the ratings and that makes life more difficult for him this time.
3 – Longhouse Poet
Longhouse Poet has won a Thyestes chase he is trained by a man who knows what it takes to find the winner of the race in Martin Brassil – he trained Numbersixvalverde to win and he is another who has a nice racing weight.
4 – Delta Work
Delta Work is a class act. He won the cross-country race at Cheltenham beating stablemate Tiger Roll. This is the same well-trodden path that connections used with Tiger roll before winning his Grand National.
