Each and every day of the racing year we bring you a bumper NAPs table to give you the inside scoop on all the plays you’ll need that day.
WELCOME TO PADDY POWER NEWS!
Don’t know what a NAPs table is? We’ll tell you! It’s an independently run competition involving the cream of the British and Irish racing press whose positions in the table are based on their profits to Level Stakes. And just like all sports competitions worldwide, those doing best are towards the top of the table.
So, we decided to put that golden guide to the test and use it to steer you towards what could be a savvy Lucky 15 (4 horses, 15 bets). The four you’ll see below are the selections of some of the top-performing tipsters in the table. Let’s get to the bets…

Horses run at the Novices’ Hurdle at Fontwell Park (GETTY)
14:35 Fontwell – Poppa Poutine (888Sport, Steve Mullington)
Dual hurdle winner Poppa Poutine came good over fences at fifth attempt, with game success at Wincanton (3m1f, good to soft) last month; competes off career-high mark here but could still have more to offer, and useful 3lb claimer Jordan Nailor is enlisted.
15:30 Aintree – Fakir D’oudairies (Daily Post, Mercury)
Fakir D’oudairies comes here fresh having bypassed another clash with Allaho in the Ryanair; last seen winning the Ascot Chase (2m5f, soft) seven weeks ago and that sets him up nicely for another Aintree raid; comfortably justified favouritism in this race last year (good to soft); commands respect.
16:40 Aintree – Stag Horn (Racing Ahead, Ben Morgan)
Good stayer on the Flat, Stag Horn made a promising start to hurdles career with all-the-way wins at Hereford (2m3f) and Warwick (2m5f Grade 2); unable to dominate in the same manner in the Albert Bartlett (eventually weakened and pulled up); it could be a similar story in this similar event.
19:30 Kempton – Silver Dollar (Morning Star, Farringdon)
Silver Dollar settled better in first-time cheekpieces on his handicap debut last time (Tapeta) when winning easily off 6lb lower; wouldn’t want to hang left again, going the other way round, but he’s lightly raced and that may have been down to inexperience.
