13:15 – Level Neverending

A useful, dual winner in bumpers, LEVEL NEVERENDING shaped up well when runner-up on yard/hurdles bow at Wexford (2m) back in October and this looks a good opportunity for him to get off the mark on return. Smooth Scotch and Clairmc may emerge next best, whilst Big Kitten was fairly useful on the Flat and requires a market check now hurdling for his new stable.

13:45 – Snake Oil

SNAKE OIL should be all the sharper for his recent Naas second after an absence and this fairly useful sort can open his account in this sphere. Arlo appeals as the one to chase home Barry Connell’s 7-y-o with So Original not ruled out either, especially if the market vibes are positive for Henry de Bromhead’s newcomer.

14:20 – Jeremy’s Flame

JEREMYS FLAME needs to shrug off a lesser effort at Naas 3 weeks ago, yet her campaign on the whole has been a productive one, coming out on top from Dolcita at Thurles in February, and she can bounce back and confirm those placings here. The latter-named shouldn’t be dismissed lightly though and rates the chief threat, ahead of Darrens Hope.

14:55 – Where’s Frankie

WHERE’S FRANKIE had more in hand than the winning margin suggests over hurdles here recently and can defy the handicapper again and land a fourth course success of the year. Dancing Jeremy has been in good form over hurdles since his maiden chase sucsess in January and can give Karl Thornton’s charge most to do ahead of Bold Emperor.

15:30 – Arctic Warrior

ARCTIC WARRIOR holds the edge on form and gets a narrow vote over Falcon Eight, who rates a big threat if translating his smart Flat efforts into this sphere after his Thurles novice success. In-form duo Berkshire Royal and Churchstonewarrior need considering too in an intriguing Grade 2.

16:05 – Flame Bearer

FLAME BEARER was impressive when scoring at this level in a 5-runner event at Naas last time and, despite the penalty, he’s worth a chance to follow up at the likely expense of Ha d’Or, who was back in third that day. The Tide Turns has had excuses the last twice and remains with potential.

16:40 – Two Shoe Tom

TWO SHOE TOM was only narrowly denied in a big field at Leopardstown last time and might be up to giving the weight away here. Getaway Queen had a productive 2021 and may provide the chief threat if she’s fully primed after a break. Breezy Bell and Marvel Fan also make the shortlist.

17:15 – Nikini

NIKINI didn’t have things go her way in a Leopardstown Grade 2 last time and looks well worth another chance to confirm the promise of her easy debut success, with Patrick Mullins seemingly preferring her to Pink In The Park, who was a close fifth in that Leopardstown race. Leopardstown runner-up Battling Bessie also makes the shortlist.
