17:00 – Ajax Tavern
A 5lb penalty might not be enough to deny the progressive AJAX TAVERN. His stable is going great guns these days and this looks a nice opportunity for them to keep the ball rolling. Adams Barbour is another one in terrific shape of late, but how much juice is left in his mark is another question. Harry’s Bar is the class angle and with every chance the race could be run to suit a closer, he is greatly feared.
WELCOME TO PADDY POWER NEWS!
17:30 – War Hero
The trip is a bit of an unknown for WAR HERO, but with maturity on his side he should have enough in the locker to last it out now. He is well-in at the weights and with a further valuable 7lb claimed off his back, he appeals most. Fox Leicester is an obvious danger. His stable is on song and he did not lose a great deal in defeat over 1m4f here lately, that on the back of a C&D win. Hightown Heights could be the pick of the remainder.
18:00 – Drakensberg
His trainer had a bit of explaining to do after DRAKENSBERG won here just under a fortnight ago, but this one’s claims are clear for all to see this time around, and with Jake Coen claiming 7lb off his back, his hike in the ratings does not look so severe now. Dare To Flare, Harriet’s Choice and Razdan should also be bang there.
18:30 – French Company
If sticking to a straight line better than last time FRENCH COMPANY may reverse form with his long-priced conqueror Evening Verse. Another key rematch here involves Nusra who could go close by confirming the form of her last run with Rita Levi, Rips Dream and Conor Hogan.

19:00 – Incrimination (NAP)
The potential shown by INCRIMINATION (nap) on her winning debut suggests that she can cope with the 95-rated colt Exquisite Acclaim whose greater experience is an asset. Unconquerable Keen looks the pick of the remainder, though Gorgeous Star is one who may improve.
19:30 – Tawaazon
A high draw is a worry in relation to TAWAAZON but his recent form is appealing and it may be worth taking a chance with him. Longstanding maiden King’s View really deserves to pick up a race. He should be in the mix along with the likes of Hodd’s Girl and Teddy Boy. The repatriated North Wind is a potential dark-horse.

20:00 – Celebrate in Style
Many with chances in this trappy looking contest, notably, the recent claimer first and second Satin Snake and Form Of Praise, but perhaps the most interesting one is CELEBRATE IN STYLE. The latter caught the eye when fourth on her recent course visit and has scope to progress more than many here. The strong travelling Cherry Bloom will also be popular.
20:30 – Harbanaker
No shortage of C&D winners in an open race. Best of them may be HARBANAKER, whose trainer Gavin Cromwell has his team in great form. Capla Knight, Royal Scholar and Reverberation could all pose a serious threat.
