The third day of the 2022 Cheltenham Festival is among the five meetings in the UK and Ireland on Thursday – and our nifty NAPs Table is here to give you a steer on the day’s best bets.

The Paddy Power Stayers’ Hurdle is the feature on St Patrick’s Day at the 2022 Cheltenham Festival as last year’s winner Flooring Porter bids to become the first horse since Big Buck’s to retain the title. Allaho attempts to make it back-to-back successes in the Ryanair Chase at 2.50pm while Bob Olinger meets Galopin Des Champs in the first renewal on the card, the Turners Novices’ Chase at 1.30pm.

There’s also National Hunt action at Hexham while Down Royal hosts the first meeting in Ireland since Sunday. Later in the day, Southwell and Wolverhampton put on all-weather racing under the lights.
