13:30 Leicester – Radetzky March (Daily Mirror, Newsboy)

Radetzky March form figures of 112 since switched to chasing, including an easy success here (2m4f, soft); clear second at Market Rasen last time; mark continues to rise but he may well show further progress; remains of interest.

14:55 Exeter – Limetree Boy (Weekender, Paul Kealy)

Rider had to get quite serious after a sticky jump at the last hurdle but LIMETREE BOY kept on responding when getting off the mark at Wetherby six weeks ago; moves into handicaps with potential and he’s unexposed over this trip.

15:40 Newcastle – Edmond Dantes (Daily Express, The Scout)

EDMOND DANTES stepped up a good deal on any of his hurdle efforts when seeing off an in-form rival (pair 30l clear) on his 2m3f Market Rasen chase debut (soft) 17 days ago; open to further progress and a 9lb rise doesn’t look enough to stop him if as effective on what is likely to be a sounder surface this time.

19:15 Wolverhampton – Loose Lips (Scottish Sun, Jim Delahunt)

LOOSE LIPS came away with the odds-on favourite over 7f at Newcastle last week and should be fine with the drop in trip from a good draw; will be 3lb higher when his new mark kicks in tomorrow and is one of the likelier winners.
