13:50 – Midgetonamission
In the hope this is more solidly run than when behind three of these at Wolverhampton 12 days ago, MIDGETONAMISSION is fancied to regain the winning thread. Things haven’t gone El Felicia’s way of late (met trouble before sitting closer to the pace than ideal) and she rates a danger with this step up in trip expected to suit

15:00 – Hellavapace
No standout but HELLAVAPACE’s form figures over C&D read 123 before she was shuffled back at a key stage on her return to action 12 days ago. She can step forward here. Mabre and Catch My Breath head the dangers.
15:35 – Dembe
This should be solidly run despite the small field. Eloso is of interest starting out in Britain for shrewd connections but lightly raced 4yo DEMBE is fancied to secure the hat-trick. Returning to 1m should hold no fears.

16:10 – Kaboo
This is competitive but KABOO (nap) has another win or two in him, and this first handicap presents a good opportunity. He travels particularly well so this track should play to his strengths. Chief threat is Golden Warrior who turned in a much-improved effort following a gelding operation two weeks ago.
16:45 – Reeceltic
Not an easy choice between the top two on the card but REECELTIC powered home when tackling 2m on the Flat for the only time (beaten less than a length into second here after forced wide) and his AW form over 1m4f since reads well. Love Poems (clear second choice) and Dancing Master should also win more races at this trip.

The Paddy Power Guide To Safer Gambling – Everything You Need To Know

This looks a good opportunity for AFTER EIGHT, who shaped best at Wolverhampton 12 days ago, to open his account. Miss Messenger rates the biggest danger given she ran to a higher figure on debut before held up by a weakening rival when behind the selection.
