The Blind Piper sets a fairly modest standard and he’s not guaranteed to be suited by a drop in trip here. MOUNT BROWN is the preferred option after showing a bit more at Fairyhouse last time for a yard that have been firing in the winners in recent weeks.

This looks competitive and there are some well handicapped sorts in here but plenty of them have looked more effective over further. CALL ME ROCKY might be the one to side with back in a handicap after some relief from the assessor. Uknowcarty is progressive and could have a say if he proves he’s as good at 2m.
15:55 – Clifton Warrior (NAP)
Arctic Warrior is respected back down in class but his jumping needs to hold up and preference is for CLIFTON WARRIOR (nap) who relished a return to this trip last time. He’s unexposed and the yard are now in better form than when he was last seen.
16:30 – Siberian Prince
Egality Mans sets the standard on chase form and he should relish a step up in trip on testing ground. However, it might be worth siding with SIBERIAN PRINCE at a likely bigger price. There was lots to like about his chase debut last time and he should also progress over this longer trip.

Not many of these count. Manitopark was somewhat frustrating to follow last year and has been off since July but is clearly respected and the most likely to make the market. Despite being a bit frustrating in her own right, perhaps this could be the day for NELLY’S MONEY to draw after several recent near misses.
