There are four meetings across the tracks in the UK and Ireland on Monday – and our nifty NAPs Table is here to give you a steer on the day’s best bets.

Carlisle plays host to the day’s only National Hunt action after Lingfield’s meeting was abandoned. Cap Du Nord could feature in the Class 3 Raglan Handicap Chase at 4.10pm as Christian Williams’ charge attempts to score for the first time since November 2020. A whole host of course-and-distance winners are also set to run in the next race on the card, the Class 3 Williams Handicap Hurdle.

Chelmsford kicks off the day’s all-weather racing from 1.35pm. Dundalk plays host to the only action in Ireland with a twilight fixture, while there’s six contests under the lights at Newcastle.
