It’s an independently run competition involving the cream of the British and Irish racing press whose positions in the table are based on their profits to Level Stakes. And just like all sports competitions worldwide, those doing best are towards the top of the table.
So, we decided to put that golden guide to the test and use it to steer you towards what could be a savvy Lucky 15 (4 horses, 15 bets). The four you’ll see below are the selections of some of the top-performing tipsters in the table. Let’s get to the bets…

13:15 Fontwell – Kotmask
Mongol Emperor justified favouritism in his final two starts last season and is a key player if he can pick up where he left off, but preference is for the very lightly raced 4yo KOTMASK, who has won both his starts for Gary Moore this winter and has plenty of scope for further progress on his handicap debut. The other one on the shortlist is Small Bad Bob, who got back near his best when runner-up behind an improver at Fakenham last month.
13:50 Fontwell – Cilaos Glace
Foxboro has finished close up over 2m4f in his last two starts and is respected on this drop back in grade, but preference is for CILAOS GLACE who made his breakthrough over fences when forging clear from a subsequent winner over C&D last time. The Flying Sofa looks interesting if he can get back near his best on his second run after a break, while Premiumaccess is also on a workable mark and needs checking in the market on his comeback.

15:20 Carlisle – Tokay Dokey
A tight handicap in which all four have claims but TOKAY DOKEY edges preference after looking really progressive at Market Rasen. Ribble Valley brings bundles of class into his chase debut and an Arkle entry catches the eye.
16:55 Wolverhampton – Dark Design
The run of the race will be crucial to DARK DESIGN who comes from off the pace but at the least he should have more to offer at this level off his current mark. Joli’s Legacy is still open to improvement back at 7f and she can prove the main danger as Okaidi was a shade disappointing at Southwell after finishing ahead of the selection over C&D the time before. Sparkle In His Eye can’t be left out either.
