Party Central’s mark of 121 is attractive but my one worry would be the lack of experience in a big field handicap. GLAN came from a long way back at Fairyhouse to claim second so I’ll side with her.

Some of LUNAR DISPLAY‘s form is really strong. When she beat top mare Queens Brook at Wexford, Say Goodbye was 20+ lengths behind. She is a very good value bet in a trappy contest.

This trip of just under 2m 2f is ideal for PARTY CENTRAL and her mark of 121 looks lenient enough.

PARTY CENTRAL  looks to have excellent claims of following up her  novice hurdle win from a potentially lenient opening handicap mark. 

Hard to oppose GALOPIN DES CHAMPS here who will be a short price. Just has to get round.

GALOPIN DES CHAMPS left a real impression on people over Christmas. This is a deeper race but he could be special.

I was blown away by GALOPIN DES CHAMPS when winning over Christmas. His last circuit time was four seconds faster than that recorded by Galvin, winning the big race on the same card.

It’s difficult to look beyond GALOPIN DES CHAMPS after his demolition job at Christmas. Capodanno will give us a line to Bob Olinger and Fury Road and Master McShee will ensure Galopin Des Champs won’t have it all his own way.

GALOPIN DES CHAMPS looked a class act when sauntering to success on his chasing debut and another display of slick, flawless jumping should see him defend his unbeaten record. 

On home turf CHACUN POUR SOI should be far too good. He did flop behind the re-opposing Greaneteen in the Tingle Creek at Sandown but we all know that’s not a reflection of his true ability.

CHACUN POUR SOI is in great form at home but he’s on a recovery mission after his run in the Tingle Creek at Sandown. I can’t oppose him given his course form too.

You have to forgive CHACUN POUR SOI a very poor run in the Tingle creek. Greaneteen represents the team that won the Tingle Creek. After a solid performance behind Shishkin at Kempton, he has to be respected.

If CHACUN POUR SOI is back to anything like his best here and he should take plenty of beating in his quest for a hat trick of wins in this race.

CHACUN POUR SOI wasn’t himself when last in the Tingle Creek. He can beat Greaneteen (the winner that day) now back in Ireland after a break. 

BIRCHDALE is too well handicapped to ignore  especially with Mark McDonagh taking off 7lb.  He was once rated 146 with Nicky Henderson and is now 129. Good run behind  School Boy Hours last time.

MAX FLAMINGO ran well over Christmas to  finish fourth over 3m and he drops back in trip now to 2m 5f which may suit him better.

I must be nuts tipping this horse, but I feel that this is a golden opportunity for SAMCRO to get back on track. I think Davy Russell will ride him cold to try and get him to respond. A peak Samcro would walk this. He is not at his peak but doesn’t need to be.

REBEL GOLD‘s  form figures of P, P, 7, F, 2 wouldn’t inspire huge confidence but I’m taking a punt on him. He’s got some good chase  form in places and should handle the ground.

FAKIR D’ALENE impressed when scoring on his handicap bow at Thurles. He’s  fancied to complete his hat-trick at the chief expense of Rebel Gold. 

HONEYSUCKLE is the outstanding Irish champion over hurdles and the champion hurdler should have little problem destroying this field with Rachael Blackmore aboard.

I’m with HONEYSUCKLE  all the way in the Irish Champion Hurdle. It’s impossible to oppose this unbeaten mare and reigning Champion Hurdle champ.

HONEYSUCKLE is hard to oppose. It would be a brave shout to go against this queen of the hurdling division.

HONEYSUCKLE  will win and you would expect Zanahiyr to finish second.

HONEYSUCKLE extended her unbeaten run to 13 with an impressive success in the Hatton’s Grace Hurdle at Fairyhouse and is a confident choice to complete a hat-trick of wins in this event. 

SIR GERHARD is the big Irish challenger to Constitution Hill in the Supreme and he should land his second race of this season for Team Mullins.

SIR GERHARD is in great form and he worked well at the Curragh the other morning. He’s a great horse and he’ll do me every day!

SIR GERHARD is going to be very hard to beat. El Fabiolo is really interesting as he has scope to improve from Tramore. He fits into the ‘could be anything’ box and has to be respected.

SIR GERHARD  was the easy winner of his hurdles debut here at Christmas and the third Ash Tree Meadow has won nicely since. He’s got so much potential.

SIR GERHARD took well to hurdling when readily making all in a C&D novice on Boxing Day. That form has worked out well and he gets the nod. 

GET MY DRIFT is edging up the weights without winning but is lightly raced and can improve.

ESKYLANE has  crept up in the weights but is worth keeping an eye on. Not a strong fancy in an open-looking contest.

LUCKY MAX was very disappointing at Lingfield. I spoke with his trainer, who when walking the track felt that that the ground would be too soft for him. I am willing to give him another try though.

A strong pace here should suit COLTOR and makes each-way appeal at the price. Another worth a look each-way is Sea Ducor.

The lightly-raced SEA DUCOR  shaped as if needing the run on his return here six weeks ago and is potentially on a favourable mark to run a big race. 

PINK IN THE PARK should be hard to beat for Willie Mullins in the bumper after a fine success at Listowel.

PINK IN THE PARK should win this. She bolted in at Listowel last September and she’s a top filly.

HARMONYA MAKER won very easily at Punchestown, and any rain would only enhance her prospects.

HARMONYA MAKER made her debut in a Mares Listed bumper at Navan and Jamie Codd felt his ride cost her the win. She’s since won by 12 lengths at Punchestown!

A race packed full of potential but PINK IN THE PARK could hardly have been more impressive when bolting up on debut in a Listowel bumper back in September.
